01The service
Tradiefit is an AI website builder that turns natural language prompts into working code, previews it in your browser, and helps you deploy it. By creating an account or using Tradiefit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Accounts
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
03Your code and content
You own the code and content you create with Tradiefit. We claim no ownership over your projects. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your content so the service can function (for example, saving your files and sending them to AI providers to generate responses).
04Acceptable use
Do not use Tradiefit to build or distribute anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, to generate malware or abusive content, to attempt to break or overload the service, or to resell access without permission. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach this section.
05Plans, billing, and credits
Tradiefit offers a free plan with monthly usage credits and a paid Pro plan billed monthly through Stripe. Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI usage; usage beyond your plan allowance may be paused until your allowance resets. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
06Third-party services
Tradiefit relies on third parties including AI model providers, Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and deployment), Supabase (storage), and GitHub (authentication and repos). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
07AI output
AI-generated code may contain errors, insecure patterns, or content that does not suit your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you ship. Tradiefit is a tool, not a substitute for your own judgement.
08Disclaimers and liability
Tradiefit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
09Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. You may stop using Tradiefit at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
