01What we collect
When you sign in with GitHub we receive your GitHub username, name, email, and avatar. When you build with Tradiefit we store your projects, files, chat history, and settings. We also record usage metrics such as token counts and model spend so we can apply plan limits. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment; we store a customer reference but never your full card details.
02How we use it
We use your data to run the service: to authenticate you, save and display your work, generate AI responses, enforce plan limits, process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
03Service providers
To deliver Tradiefit we share the minimum necessary data with: AI model providers (your prompts and relevant file content, to generate responses), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting and deployment), Supabase (database storage), and GitHub (authentication and, if you connect a repo, code you choose to push). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
04Your project content
Your prompts and the files needed for a request are sent to the AI provider that powers your plan so it can produce code. We send only what is needed to fulfil your request. We do not use your private project content to train our own models.
06Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us through the repository below and we will remove it, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. We will honour valid requests in line with applicable law.
